Information we collect

The website may also receive standard technical information needed for security and operation, including device, browser, request and approximate location information derived from an IP address.
How information is used
Information is used to process and deliver orders, calculate eligible shipping methods, provide customer support, prevent fraud, maintain website security, comply with legal obligations and improve the storefront. We do not ask customers to send passwords or full payment-card details through the contact form.
Payments and service providers
Payments are processed through PayPal. Delivery, hosting, security, live-chat and order-support providers receive only the information reasonably needed to perform their services. Their handling of information is also governed by their own privacy terms and applicable law.
Live chat
The website uses tawk.to to provide live chat and offline support messaging. When the chat widget loads or you start a conversation, tawk.to may process the page you are viewing, device and browser information, approximate location derived from an IP address, chat content and any contact details you choose to submit. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers or unrelated sensitive medical information through chat.
Spam protection
The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 to help distinguish legitimate requests from automated abuse. Google may process device, browser, interaction and network information for this security check under its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. The resulting risk score is used only to protect the form and website.
Cookies and local storage
The storefront may use essential browser storage to remember the shopping bag and maintain checkout functionality. Hosting, security and live-chat systems may use technical cookies or similar signals to maintain sessions, keep the site reliable and protect it from abuse.
Retention and protection
Order and support records are retained only as reasonably required for fulfilment, accounting, fraud prevention, legal obligations and customer service. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
